Everyone’s responsibility

Established in 2010 by President Shoukri, Creating a Better Workplace works closely with PRASE (Process Re-engineering & Service Enhancement) to support the University in achieving its goals. While PRASE focuses on aligning resources with the University’s Academic Priorities, Creating a Better Workplace focuses on employees – working together to increase engagement, improving the sharing of information at all levels, enhancing the workplace culture, developing leadership excellence, and increasing recognition in the workplace.
